Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is valid 14 days after receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returned items regards of the reason for the return. This restocking fee covers the cost of our time to make the product and setup the returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom (anything with a 2-3 week turn around time or more) or personalized goods such as monogrammed items, and custom name products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are labeled as final sale items, gift cards, or fabric swatches as returned items.
To complete your return, we require you to contact a us by emailing email@example.com with the following 3 things:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
After reviewing your request you will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) that is to be written on the outside of the box/package you return the items in. Items must be received back within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
There are certain situations where a return will not be excepted after receiving the items:
- Any item not in its original condition, been washed, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is not postmarked within 10 days after receiving the RMA
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, final sale items (items with the original price marked out) cannot be refunded and are not eligible for return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return authorization number (RMA).
Exchanges are only sent out after the original item is received back at our warehouse and are subject to availability.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. SuiteBaby is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
